Case Study A - Global Advisory
Boards
Our client, a major blue-chip
pharmaceutical company, asked PPRG to set
up and manage, a series of 8 international
oncology advisory boards. The brief was
to set up these boards 4 x European
and 4 x US, on a back to back
basis within a time frame of 3 months from
start to finish. The goal was to recruit
8 key opinion leaders for each tumour type
and commit them to attend a one-day meeting
to review current and future treatment modalities
in the context of our clients current
oncology development portfolio.

Over a 3 month period we recruited a total
of 64 KOLs who attended the series. These
meetings were very successful and helped
our client identify future trends in treatment
as well as giving clear guidance on clinical
trial endpoints. In addition, they were
able to enhance their reputation in oncology
and develop key relationships for the future.
